Whenever we visit Grandma Jan's house, Reese & Marina borrow a vhs tape from her collection of classic Disney movies. Their most recent craze is "Alice In Wonderland." Ryan & I can hardly watch this trippy movie w/out feeling dizzy, but the kids absolutely LOVE it! They especially love the 'Treasure Cat' (Cheshire Cat). Last night as we were driving home from getting icecream, Marina excitedly pointed out the moon, which was eerily shaped like Treasure Cat's smile. Reese quickly joined her excitement as awe filled their little minds at the idea of Treasure Cat sitting up in the sky and smiling down at them! It was really cute. And it made me realize once again how sweet and enchanting it is to be a child.
